# See what you're approving before outreach begins.

Canonical: https://canvass.fabric.pro/campaign-review/

Canvass keeps campaign preparation and launch decisions in a reviewable workflow. Inspect the audience and message, work through the campaign's Launch checks, and confirm the permissions and delivery settings before live outreach.

## Read the message in context

Start with the account and the offer. Check that the opening refers to a supported observation, the value proposition fits the buyer's role, and the next step is something your team can deliver.

Read the actual draft. A campaign package can be structurally complete while its message is still generic or its audience is poorly chosen. Revise the parts that don't hold up to that review.

## Use Launch to see what remains

The campaign's Launch tab shows the preparation steps, approvals and checks that remain. A saved draft is preparation. Live execution also needs the required approvals and delivery authorization.

Campaign versions preserve the settings and approved material associated with them. When those inputs change, review the new version rather than assuming an earlier approval covers the edit.

## Keep delivery and outcomes distinct

Start with a dry run to inspect the workflow without sending outreach. A later live run checks eligibility and suppression at execution time, alongside the campaign's delivery controls.

Provider acceptance means the request reached the sending provider. It doesn't confirm that an email reached an inbox. Review the recorded delivery state, replies and confirmed outcomes as they arrive.

## Questions before you start

### Can a connected agent skip my approvals?

No. A connected agent works within its registration and granted scope. It must stop when the workflow requires human approval.

### Does a dry run send an email?

No. A dry run lets you review preparation without live delivery. Sending requires the campaign's live-delivery conditions to be met.
